  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside personally upon my Cure. But live at a about a mile and half Distance in a Good house of my own much better than the Parsonage House which is a very poor one, and I therefore do not reside in it.

  2. Other benefices: I am Rector of the Parishes of Hollacombe, Beauworthy and Tetcott all in the Archdeaconry of Totness.

  3. Divine service at other churches: Yes. At Clawton.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Once a Sunday. Alternately morning and Evening Service - with a Sermon - The Parish is very Small.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year to about twenty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In the longest Days.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel is in good Repair. The Church yard is well kept, and I have all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About twenty.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papist no Meeting House, nor Dissenter of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have a School wherein is taught reading writing and Arithmetic - but no Alms-Houses, Hospital, or other Charitable Endowment - no parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are none.

    I was ordained Priest at Exeter June 5th 1750 - My Institution to Hollacomb is dated November 3d 1763 - To Beaworthy July 15 - 1768 - To Tetcott September 9 - 1768 - My Letters are directed at Tetcott near Launceston Cornwal - I am yr Lordships dutiful and humble Servant Sam Cory
