  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my Parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: No.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At Halwell.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Once every Lord's Day. the other Part of the Day I preach at Halwell, until some other Curate can be procur'd.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year, with between forty and fifty communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Season.

  7. Church fabric: Every thing very Decent and in good Repair.

  8. Glebe terrier: Yes.

  9. Number of families: About one hundred and ten.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists no Dissenters of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No.

  13. Charity: About eight pound a year to ye church and Poor and duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My institution is dated ye 13th of August 1762 my Priest orders are dated December ye 23d 1750. Direction = At Black Torrington near Sheepwash.
