  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my vicarage House.

  2. Other benefices: Mary tavy in the same deanry.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At Marytavy with the permission of my late Diocesan.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every <other> Lord's day {with} with a sermon during the Summer, & once during the winter with a sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year. There are about thirty communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Midsummer & michaelmas.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel is in good repair & the Churchyard is well kept all things for divine Service are decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier but have been told there is one among the records at Exeter.

  9. Number of families: Fifty.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Dissenters no Meeting Houses in the Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: six pounds a year was paid for teaching twelve poor children to read by the late Mr Pengelly of Portridge to the time of his death which happen'd about two years since, his affairs are under ye direction of the Ld Chancellor & are yet unsettled, I have been told it is payable out of an estate called Traine in this Parish, but have not seen Counsellor Pengellys will by whom it was given.

  13. Charity: There are no Lands, nor other Benefactions.
