1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally on my Cure, & in my Parsonage House for a considerable Time of the year.
   I have also a Curate with an Allowance of Fifty Guineas every year.

2. Other benefices: I have also the Benefice of Tetburne St. Mary, which is about two miles distant from this Parish.

3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church on days of Humiliation & Thanksgiving; & twice every Sunday with a sermon in the morning & also in the Afternoon for the greatest Part of the year.

5. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lords supper is administed on Christmas Day, Easter Day & Witsunday; & also on the first Sunday in every month. I have generally between Thirty and Forty Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: The Children are catechised every Sunday in the Afternoon during the Summer Season.

7. Church fabric: All very well.

8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier in your Lordships Registry.

9. Number of families: The number of Families in my Parish are about One Hundred & Forty.

10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists, or Dissenters in my Parish of any Denomination.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No Alms House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment.

13. Charity: There is a small Tenement & some Houses left for the Repairs of the Church, which may amount to about eight Pounds one year with another the money is very duly applied.
