  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside in what was heretofore the Parsonage house, but in one lately purchas'd by me, which, as the Parsonage house was in a very decay'd & ruinous State, and at the distance of a mile from the Church, I have for ever annex'd to my Living by Deed inroll'd in the Court of Chancery. This being a decent house, & within a few paces of the Church, I intend praying your Lordship's permission to have it deem'd the Parsonage house, as also to take down & remove the old one.

  2. Other benefices: I have no Benefice but that on which I reside.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd in my Church twice on the Lord's <day> with two Sermons in general, always one.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year. My number of Communicants between twenty & thirty.

  6. Catechising of children: Four Sundays in the year.

  7. Church fabric: My Church & Chancel are in thorough repair, & the Churchyard in due order. I have every requisite for divine Service: The vessels for the administration of the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper are mostly of Pewter.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Copy of a Terrier made towards the latter end of the last Century.

  9. Number of families: About Fifty Six or Fifty seven.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I know of no Dissenters in my Parish of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have nothing of this kind.

  13. Charity: One close of land has been lately purchas'd (about three Acres) with money left at different times & by different persons for the use of the Poor, the <annual> income of which is duly applied.
