  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Christopher Vickry the Curate is resident at Okehampton 6 miles from Bridestow & 4 from Sourton; & his Salary is £45 annually with the Surplice-Fees which fluctuate from £5 to £10.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice. Tho Heberden

  3. Divine service at other churches: I Christopher C; Vickry (as Curate do perform divine Service at no Church besides Bridestowe & Sourton pertinent to my Cure.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed at each Church Bridestowe & Sourton alternately Morning & Evening with a Sermon each part of the day.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four Sacraments at each Church yearly; one at Easter, Whitsunday, Mic: & Christmas about twenty Communicants at Bridestowe & twelve at Sourton at each Sacrament.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth of each Parish about Easter & Whitsunday.

  7. Church fabric: [No answer given]

  8. Glebe terrier: If there be no Terrier, one shall be procur'd

  9. Number of families: About seventy Familys in Bridestowe & fifty at Sourton.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel at either Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papist resident in either Parish, nor a Meeting House of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No publick School in either Parish, nor any Almshouse, Hospital, nor any <other> charitable Endowment, nor any Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There have no Lands or Tenements, nor other Benefactions been left, that I can find for any pious & charitable Uses, in either of the aforesaid Parishes.
