1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my cure in the Parsonage House.

2. Other benefices: I have only one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any Church besides my own.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on every Lord's Day with a Sermon in the Morning.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered five times every year. The number of the Communicants is about twelve or fourteen.

6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth of my Parish several times every Lent.

7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good repair, the Churchyard is well kept, and I have all things decent for divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses &c according to the Tenor of the 87^th Canon.

9. Number of families: The number of Families in my Parish is about thirty.

10. Chapels: I have no Chapel in my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have not any reputed Papists in my Parish, nor any Meeting-Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have not any School in my Parish, nor any Alms-House Hospital or other charitable Endowment, nor any parochial Library.

13. Charity: I do not know of any Lands, Tenements or other Benefactions, been left for any pious and charitable uses.
